PRODUCT RETURNS

Only defective products can be returned/exchanged. Returns must be postmarked within fifteen (15) days of the purchase date

To return an item, mail your return to the following address: TantraNova, 2031 W Warner Ave, Chicago, IL 60618, USA

You will be responsible for all return shipping charges. Please use a trackable return method. Once received, we will process your exchange and notify you by email when processed.

Digital Products, Gift Certificates, admin fees and items on sale are FINAL and cannot be returned or refunded.

WORKSHOPS, RETREATS & PROGRAMS -- CANCELLATION, TRANSFER AND REFUND

  • WORKSHOPS
    Full payment is due by the registration deadline or or the agreed upon payment date(s)
    In case of cancellation eight (8) weeks before the start of the workshop the tuition payment can be either transferred to another TantraNova workshop to be taken within 6 months of the date of the original tuition deposit, or a refund minus a $100 administration fee per person is issued.
    Discount tuition rates are not eligible for refunds.
    Cancellations within eight (8) weeks of the start of the workshop will not receive a refund; however, the tuition payment can be transferred for a $100 transfer fee to a future TantraNova workshop within six (6) months of the date of the original tuition deposit.
    Cancellations eight (8) days prior to and no shows on the day of the workshop will not receive a refund or transfer.
    Registrations are non-transferrable to another person.


    • PRIVATE PROGRAMS
    Full payment is due by the registration deadline or the agreed upon payment date(s)
    In case of cancellation eight (8) weeks before the start of the program the tuition payment can be either transferred to another TantraNova program/workshop to be taken within 6 months of the date of the original tuition deposit, or a refund minus a $500 administration fee per person is issued.

    LUXURY RETREATS
    All payments are strictly non-refundable.

    The entirety of any amount paid for the retreat is not refundable and there are no exceptions, rescheduling or refunds due to cancellations for any reason. This includes any cancellations due to issues with health, transportation, or *force majeure.
    We highly recommend that you obtain CFAR (Cancel For Any Reason) travel insurance.
    *Force majeure means any unusual and unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control including, but not limited to, threat of war, riot, civil unrest, strikes, pandemics, epidemics, quarantines, resort technical problems, transport issues, governmental regulations, closure or congestion of airports, terrorist activity, natural disasters, industrial disasters, fire, flooding and adverse weather conditions.
    Therefore we urge all attendees to obtain CFAR travel insurance (Cancel For Any Reason).


    MASTERY & CERTIFICATION PROGRAM
    Full payment is due by the registration deadline or the agreed upon payment date(s)
    Cancellations by early discount deadline will receive a tuition refund minus the non-refundable deposit of $500 and a $200 administration fee per person.
    Discount tuition rates are not eligible for refunds.
    Cancellations after early discount deadline will not receive a refund; however, the tuition payment minus the non-refundable deposit of $500 and a $200 transfer fee per person can be transferred to a future TantraNova Mastery Program to be taken within twelve (12) months of the original deposit date.
    Cancellations at any time upon the start of the program will not receive a refund or transfer. Any unpaid installments from a payment plan will need to be paid off.
    Registrations are non-transferrable to another person.


    GIFT CERTIFICATES

  • ORDER DELIVERY Shipping and handling is free for gift certificates. Upon receipt of your payment, we will send the gift certificate to you: Via your computer electronically in real time or by priority mail shipped to you or the addressee of your choice, according to the information we receive from you on the billing information form: To you if shipping address is left blank. To the addressee of your choice if shipping address differs from your mailing address.
  • REDEMPTION & EXPIRATION POLICY Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash or credit. Once purchased, the gift certificate will expire within six (6) months of the certificate’s purchase date. TantraNova is not responsible for lost or stolen certificates.
