The relationship between men and women is broken as displayed in the #MeToo movement or Time’s Up, an explosion that revealed the misunderstandings and differences that have been there for millennia.
I would like to invite you to look inside for a moment: Are you furious, feel helpless, victimized or guilty? Or you just don’t know what to do? Regardless of countries, governments, organizations, families or intimate relationships, it always boils down to two people interacting and relating with each other.

The misunderstanding between men and women as expressed in the #MeToo and #TimeIsUp movements revealed the blindnesses that have existed between men and women for millennia, called me into spearheading a global shift of moving from a flat to a round world in terms of relationship mastery.
The flat world is based in a vertical or hierarchical relational model. Patriarchy is a hierarchical system. Matriarchy is a hierarchical system. So just flipping it around wouldn't change it. The new world, the round world based in a horizontal model allows for creating within a partnership model. In the partnership model at some moment one is leading and the other is following and then at another moment the other is leading and the first one is following. Imagine the dynamic of the infinity figure eight.
In that model listening and speaking, receiving and giving, following and leading are in a dynamic flow of back and forth. Unlike the hierarchical model where the relationship is fixed and where we cannot learn from each other because whoever is up doesn't have the capacity to listen to what is going on below. Without a new listening, we will not come together as men and women to really live in harmony and co-create. And only co-creation will allow us to solve other problems in the world.
