Introduction to Love Meditation

Love Meditation

Connecting to Your Heart - the Seat of Love

When connecting with the Heart Center, the unifier, reconciler and integrator, we come into balance between:

  • Our earthly & heavenly being
  • The primal and cosmic
  • The physical and spiritual

It is the seat of love, compassion, dignity and respect for Self and another. Listening to your heart opens the door to your authentic Self, your truth and ever-present source of wisdom from within -- free of judgement, doubt or external reference. Trusting your heart clears you from overriding inner wisdom, guidance and what is coherent with your unique vibrational being.

Bringing one’s awareness to the heart transmutes the desirous nature of our physical being and the self-justifying tendency of our mental being into presence, listening and thus connection. Shifting into the heart space is the most effective and quickest way of coming into equanimity and connection with oneself and with another.

The Love meditation is intended for you to experience being infinite love while simultaneously you are supported by the primal, the life force energy, your vortex … and in tune with the cosmic, your personal and universal consciousness. In the trilogy of Primal, Cosmic and Love, the heart is the unifying link in coming to wholeness in relationship with self and relationship with others.
