Dr. Elsbeth Meuth & Freddy Zental Weaver
Elsbeth-and-Freddy

Dr. Elsbeth Meuth and Freddy Zental Weaver are internationally recognized pioneers in conscious intimacy, relational transformation, and sexual-spiritual development. For more than 25 years, they have guided thousands of individuals and couples toward deeper connection, greater fulfillment, and more awakened relationships.

They are the co-founders of TantraNova Institute in Chicago, best-selling authors of Sexual Enlightenment, and originators of June 1st National Intimacy Day. Their work has been featured on Showtime’s documentary series Sexual Healing and the Emmy Award-winning NBC show Starting Over, and their book has been endorsed by world-renowned spiritual pioneer Dr. Michael Beckwith.

Elsbeth and Freddy have advised and coached billionaires, innovators, entrepreneurs, and influential couples around the world. They have presented their work at a global YPO (Young Presidents’ Organization) conference in Paris and brought their perspective on conscious intimacy to distinguished audiences in the United States and internationally.

As sought-after speakers, they have shared their work both in person and online at universities, spiritual centers, conferences, and summits, bringing an engaging blend of lived wisdom, experiential teaching, and transformational insight to diverse audiences.

The efficacy and impact of TantraNova’s work were the subject of the 2009 Doctor of Psychology dissertation, The Impact of Tantra on Couples’ Intimacy and Sexual Experience, by Meredith E. McMahon of The American School of Professional Psychology at Argosy University, Chicago. The research specifically examined TantraNova’s work and its influence on couples’ intimacy and sexual experience, providing academic study of the transformational approach Elsbeth and Freddy have developed and taught.

Elsbeth was also nominated as a Changemaker at the White House-sponsored 2016 United State of Women Summit in Washington, D.C.

Freddy Zental’s 2026 memoir, ZENTAL: My Tantric Journey, offers an intimate and unconventional account of the life experiences that ultimately shaped his work as a teacher of intimacy and transformation. From growing up in a progressive household with an avant-garde psychiatrist father, to appearing in pioneering sex-education films, building a successful career in corporate sales, and ultimately co-creating TantraNova with Elsbeth in a profound second act, the memoir traces a remarkable journey of sexuality, self-discovery, reinvention, and spiritual awakening. Both candid and deeply personal, ZENTAL reveals the lived experiences behind the philosophy and teachings Freddy now shares with others.

As beloveds, life partners, and business partners, Elsbeth and Freddy bring a rare depth of lived experience to their work. Their teachings unite intimacy, embodiment, emotional healing, consciousness, and spiritual awakening—inviting individuals and couples into greater sovereignty, aliveness, love, and connection.

Together, they are celebrating the 25th anniversary of TantraNova and continuing their mission to elevate the way people love, relate, and live.
