About the Seminar:

In this “Creating Intimacy & Love” seminar you will expand joy, pleasure and creativity in your life and your relationships. You will learn in a safe, respectful and joyous environment the foundational principles and practices for creating lasting intimacy & love. Through a step-by-step process that includes practices such as meditation, conscious breathing, energy awareness and communication exercises, you will learn how to unleash your full capacity for intimate connection and joy within yourself or in your relationship.
Participants will learn: Techniques to rediscover the source of creative energy; proven ways to let go of blocks and conditioning from the past; and how to create fulfillment, joy, and pleasure on an ongoing basis.
