In these tantric workshops for women you will learn in a safe, respectful and joyous environment to go to deeper levels of:
- Rekindling aliveness, vitality and joy in your body, heart and spirit
- Exploring your divine feminine within and your feminine expression in the world
- Experiencing powerful healing practices that will assist you in shifting into a whole new sense of what it means to you to be a woman
- Clearing out constrains and unsupportive beliefs from the past in order to re-awaken your feminine power and essence within
- Balancing your feminine with your masculine nature
- Re-awakening and cultivating your creative energy
- Being grounded in your feminine power with which you affect results in your relationships and life
Workshop practices include tantric meditation, Tantra yoga, conscious breathing, energy awareness, communication, listening exercises, and healing practices for the woman.
