Feel more passionate, deeply intimate and totally fulfilled in life, love and intimacy! In this “Creating Intimacy & Love” workshop you learn how to expand joy, pleasure and creativity in your life and your relationship. In a safe, respectful and joyous environment you are introduced to the foundational principles and practices of the “Yoga of Love” as developed by the TantraNova approach. Through a step-¬by-step process that includes meditation, conscious breathing, energy awareness, tantric bodywork and communication exercises, you are enabled to unleash your full capacity for intimate connection and joy – within yourself and in your relationship.
Workshop participants have the opportunity to engage in:

- Techniques to rediscover the source of creative energy;
- New ways to let go of blocks and conditioning from the past that no longer work; and
- Practices that create fulfillment, joy, and pleasure within oneself and in relationship in the everyday life.
Women will:
- Tap into reawakening their luscious feminine energy;
- The secret to being in flow and playful joy; and
- Ways of experiencing trust with an open heart.
Men will
- Discover ways to be strong, confident and fully present;
- Be grounded in both heart and manhood.
The couple will learn:
- How to deepen their intimate connection;
- How to be in the dance of joy and bliss; and
- How to use the differences of masculine and feminine energies to expand the love connection.
