Tantric Bodywork Sessions for the INDIVIDUAL
Breath, whole body holds and stretches assist the receiver to experience calm and inner peace, resonance with one's energy flow, aliveness and joy. A renewed sense of well-being and centered connectedness with one's body, heart and spirit is often reported by receivers.
This bodywork is done on a mat. Attire: Comfortable clothing for unrestricted movementFees for the Individual Sessions: $90 / 1.0-hr session or $120 / 1.5-hr session
About Freddy Zental
Freddy Zental Weaver is a graduate of Mueller College Holistic Massage Therapies, San Diego, CA, and is a seasoned body worker of twenty five years. He is also trained in "Tantsu", a form of bodywork done on a mat, based in breath-coordination, whole body holds and deep stretches that allow for release of tension, restoring inner balance and deepening connection with oneself. He holds a certification in Thai bodywork as well.
