In this workshop you will be introduced to the foundational principles and practices of the “Yoga of Love” as developed in the TantraNova approach which allows for expanding joy, pleasure and creativity in your life and relationship.
In a step-by-step process you will be guided in practices such as passive and active meditation, conscious breathing, energy awareness, tantric bodywork and communication exercises.
In a safe, joyous and respectful environment, you will learn:

- How to clear out blocks that may keep you from ecstatically living and experiencing
- How to create fulfillment, joy, and pleasure within yourself and your relationships in life
Women will learn to tap into and reawaken their luscious feminine energy, the secret to being in flow and playful joy, and ways to receive and trust with an open heart. Men will discover ways to be strong, confident, fully present, and grounded in both heart and manhood. As a couple, you will be shown how to deepen your intimate connection, enter the dance of joy and bliss, and use the differences of masculine and feminine energies to expand your love connection.

Elsbeth Meuth, Ed.D., and Freddy Zental Weaver, CBW, internationally renowned seminar leaders, intimacy experts and relationship coaches, are the founders and directors of the TantraNova Institute in Chicago.
