Feel more passionate, deeply intimate and totally fulfilled in life, love and intimacy! In this workshop you will be introduced to the foundational principles and practices of the “Yoga of Love” as developed in the TantraNova approach which allows for expanding joy, pleasure and creativity in your life and relationship.
In a step-by-step process you and your partner will be guided in practices such as meditation, conscious breathing, energy awareness and tantric connection exercises.
In a safe and respectful environment, you will learn:
- How to rediscover the source of your creative energy
- How to create fulfillment, joy, and pleasure in your life and relationships
- How to be in flow and playful joy
- How to receive and trust with an open heart
- How to become fully present and grounded in one’s life force and pleasure energy

Visioning is a powerful practice that moves you beyond resolutions and struggles into a vibration of possibility, clarity and inspiration. Visioning helps draw to you everything you’ll need for the fulfillment of your vision one step at a time.This workshop will assist you in engaging with the tools and practices that help you realize your vision and get what you want to create in 2011!
In this visioning workshop you will:
- Discover your vision for the year in the areas of love, intimacy, relationship, family, work, career, money, body, health, spirituality, friendships and fulfillment in your life
- Learn how to anchor your vision and stay aligned with it
- Use creativity to bring your vision into form
- Leave with your vision board that will support you in the day-to-day realization of your vision throughout 2011
- Be inspired and fired up!
- Allow this workshop and the energy of the group to take you into the highest vision for your life.
