Full payment is due by the registration deadline.

In case of cancellation four (4) or more weeks before the start of the seminar or workshop or class series the tuition payment can be either transferred to another TantraNova program to be taken within 6 months of the date of the original tuition deposit, or a refund minus a $100 administration fee per person is issued.

Cancellations within four (4) weeks of the start of the seminar or workshop or class series will not receive a refund; however, the tuition payment can be tranferred for a $100 transferal fee to a future TantraNova seminar or class series within six (6) months of the date of the original tuition deposit.

No refund or transfer to future program options are available for cancellations or no shows upon the start of the seminar, workshop or class series.
PRIVATE SESSIONS & BODYWORK / PRIVATE SERIES / PRIVATE RETREATS
All private sessions & bodywork sessions, series and retreats are scheduled by appointment
Private Sessions or Bodywork Sessions:
Payment is due at the time of the session. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, checks and cash are accepted.
To reschedule or cancel an appointment:
Please call 773-525-5006 at least 24 hours in advance; otherwise the session will be forfeit and full payment is due.
Private Session Series:

Payment in Full: If you choose to pay in full with discount at the beginning of the series and cancel at any time after the first session of the Program Series no refund will be issued. However, a portion of the remaining deposit can be applied for a $100 transferal fee toward a future TantraNova program to be taken within six (6) months from the date of the original tuition payment.

Payment Plan: If you choose the payment plan and discontinue the Program Series at any point you are responsible for all remaining payments due on the agreed upon payment dates. No refunds are issued. However, a portion of the remaining payment can be applied for a $100 referal fee toward a future TantraNova program to be taken within six (6) months from the signed agreement date.

Private Session Series are to be completed and any remaining credits to be used within 6 months of the first session date.
Private Retreats:

A non-refundable deposit of $400 is due at the time of registration. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, checks and cash are accepted.

The remainder of the tuition payment is due four (4) weeks before the start of the retreat.

Cancellations or no shows on the day of the retreat will not receive a refund or transfer.
CERTIFICATION PROGRAM

A non-refundable deposit of $500 per person is due by registration deadline to receive the pre-deadline tuition rate.

Cancellations by Registration deadline will receive a tuition refund minus the non-refundable deposit of $500 and a $200 administration fee per person.

Cancellations after registration deadline will not receive a refund; however, the tuition payment minus the non-refundable deposit of $500 and a $200 transfer fee can be applied towards the tuition of a future Certification Program to be taken within twelve (12) months of the original deposit date.

Cancellations or discontinuing of the progarm at any time upon the start of the program will not receive a refund or transfer.

Submission of your registration acknowledges your acceptance of the terms & cancellation policy.
PRODUCTS

Product(s) are shipped within 48 hours of receipt of payment. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, checks and cash are accepted.

All product purchases are final.

In case of damage, return the product(s) within 15 business days from the purchase date to receive a replacement. Shipping & handling costs for return shipping are the customer’s responsibility. Any request for product replacement needs to be accompanied by a self-addressed and pre-paid postage envelope.
